Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new collection drops), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping and economy shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your package in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery of your products.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. However, we’re happy to assist with any issues to the best of our ability.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be delayed or returned to us. We are not liable for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
